Ultimate Beauty is a stylish and contemporary beauty salon offering a welcoming and relaxing environment in which you can unwind and de-stress. You deserve to feel special and at Ultimate Beauty we will do our utmost to surpass your expectations.

Our salon is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind and get away from the stresses and strains of everyday life. You will receive the best care and attention from our fully qualified, highly motivated and experienced therapists in a professional, friendly and relaxing setting. Our treatment rooms are cosy, warm and comfortable with electric blankets and duvets available for the cold winter months.

Our Training Academy is separate from our salon, so you will not be treated by a trainee at any time unless we specify this at time of booking. We pride ourselves in offering our clients professional and effective treatments every time.

Arrive early and help yourself to a complimentary tea, cafe latte, cappuccino, espresso, white coffee or black coffee from our nescafe coffee machine while you unwind in our bright and welcoming reception. Stay and enjoy another drink after your treatment and take a leisurely browse through our selection of magazines.

To make it easier for you to book your appointment with us, we offer online booking any time of the day or night. So if the salon is closed or our lines are busy and you would like to book a treatment, just follow the book online link. Once you've registered that's it, you can choose the therapist you'd like and the day and time that suits you. A small deposit will be required to confirm your booking. Give it a go, it's easier than you think!

The Gatineau Professional Skincare range used by top salons and spas around the world and renowned for it's anti-aging effects is used for all our facials and is available to purchase for home use following your facial treatment. We are also proud to offer the LYS (Love Your Skin)skincare range which gives excellent results with our 'Love Your Skin' Facial. LYS was developed by Lorraine Winslade whose career in the beauty industry spans four decades achieving repeated recognition for her standards of excellence in skincare.

Aged over 60 discount:

We offer a discount of 25% off all treatments (special offers not included) if you are over 60 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10am and 4pm. Please inform us on arrival so we can ensure you receive this discount.

Gift Vouchers:

For any occasion why not treat your friends or family with an Ultimate Beauty gift voucher. Vouchers start from £10, alternatively you can choose a specific treatment and purchase a voucher for that treatment.

Client Loyalty Scheme:

We value your continued custom and as a special thank you we will award you points for every treatment you receive and double points for products you purchase in the salon.

You will be given a Key Fob TREAT CARD with a number that's unique to you and is stored on our computerised booking system. Every time you receive a treatment or purchase a product your points will automatically be added.

If you recommend a friend to Ultimate Beauty we will give you 100 free points and if your treatment is on a Tuesday or Wednesday between 10am-6pm you will be awarded double points.

You can redeem these points in the salon for FREE future treatments.

Cancellations:

Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to give 24 hours notice otherwise the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

We also regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late for their treatment time or your treatment may be shortened accordingly.

Mobile Phones:

As a courtesy to other clients and to ensure the tranquil ambiance of Ultimate Beauty is maintained, please turn your mobiles off or on silent whilst in the salon.

Children in the salon:

Again as a courtesy to other clients who wish to relax and unwind and for health & safety reasons, we kindly request that children are not brought into the salon whilst you are having treatments. The management reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you for it if you bring children into the salon for your appointment.

Treatment times:

Please be aware that all times quoted include consultation and preparation as well as the treatment. However we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum and you will receive the full treatment you have chosen.

On your first visit please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time in order to complete an initial consultation form.

Health & Safety:

Clients under 16 years of age will only be treated when accompanied by a parent/guardian. Please inform us at the time of booking if this is the case. Please advise your therapist of any changes to your initial consultation details before your treatment begins.

Deposits:

We may request a deposit prior to your first visit to Ultimate Beauty.

We may also request deposits on busy times of the year such as Christmas etc from all clients.

Payment:

We are happy to accept payment with all major credit and debit cards with no added surcharge. We apologise but we do not accept cheques or foreign currency.

Treatments Available:
