Phorest will take a small non refundable deposit to cover their costs. We do not receive this deposit it is kept by Phorest but your appointment is secured with us and it comes off the total cost of your treatment in the salon.

Please be aware that if you cancel or change your appointment for any reason this deposit is non refundable.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do this online any time up to 48 hours before your appointment*

If you book an appointment online and you haven't been to us previously, please fill out the consultation form that we send to you before you arrive.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SOMETIMES WE MAY NEED TO SLIGHTLY ALTER THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING TO FACILITATE THE SMOOTH AND EFFECTIVE RUNNING OF THE SALON. THIS WILL USUALLY ONLY BE BY 15 MINUTES, HOWEVER YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF THIS AND A TEXT MESSAGE THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
